Stay focused

Keep the message simple

Practicing the basic things that control the virus and sin

Clean your hands often

Washing with God’s Word often

Practice social distancing 

Put Christ as a hedge around you

Cover coughs and sneezes

Confess your sins and let love cover a multitude of sin

Clean and disinfect

Clean your house, keep it in order, Christ is coming soon 

Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. 5 Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. 6 Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone Colossians 4:4-6

The President’s taskforce on Covid-19

has wisely acted by reminding

Americans of these things…

Clean your hands often

Practice social distancing 

Cover coughs and sneezes

Clean and disinfect

These 4 things have to do with proper hygiene.

They are very important when

we have a virus like Covid-19.

 But they are also important

after the virus is gone.

The Bible also tells us to…

 Clean our hands

Psalms 73:13; James 4:8; 2 Samuel 22:24; Psalms 18:20, 24; Job 17:9 

Our hands are an extension

of our mind and heart.

Our thoughts touch things

that bring unhealthy lifestyles.

We pick up things unknowingly

and with our hands we touch

our eyes, mouth, nose and ears.

 Just like soap and water scrubbing

for 20 seconds, so we are to be

washed by the Word of God.

 Ephesians 5:26   

Practicing social distancing

Is to keep us from infecting others

as well as becoming infected.

 Our closest relationship should be with God,

Christ in you the hope of glory.

Make sure there is a distances between

you and others, a place where God dwells.

God wants to fill the 6 foot between

you and others with Himself.

In doing this, you will not contaminate others

or yourself and you will promote health.

John 13:34,35

Cover coughs and sneezes

All of us can have issues with

the acts of the sinful nature.

Things that gratify our selfish desires.

Galatians 5:19

Remember love covers a multitude of sin.

Proverbs 10:12; 1 Peter 4:8

And so does the fruits of the Spirit.

 Galatians 5:22

Clean and disinfect

  

In the Book of Leviticus,

we find God telling the people

that mold and mildew and other

unhealthy things creep into our homes.

God tells us how to keep a clean house and

how to clean our house of unhealthy things.

 Deuteronomy 23:14; Acts 19:18, 19; Numbers 24:5-7; 1 Corinthians 3:16

To make the message clear,

we must not get side tracked

by others whose views are of

the world or bias against God.

Stay focused and keep the message simple.
